Someone comes to you personally about an issue, what do you do?
Tell them to put in a ticket or bug report with as much detail as possible.

Someone breaks character in-game, what do you do?
Play out the scene as best you can, then get ahold of them in discord to give them a warning or ban.

Your buddy is on the server and is obviously breaking rules, thinking they can get away with it because you are an admin. How do you handle this?
Speak with them in private about their behavior and hope they stop.

What do you do if someone reports a scenario that you personally are involved in?
Stay out of the ticket, but post your point/side in the Staff chat so the admin dealing with it can see.
