Today I am contacting you regarding a potential business license. I, Chevy Green would like to formally open a Japanese steakhouse “起死回生” (Wake from death and return to life) I currently have spoken to many architects and have found one that is able to provide me with a fully fleshed out kitchen 1st and 2nd floor + office aswell as a warehouse/freezer. And fortunately for me I am apart of an organization that already bought the building front and back so I am already very familiar with the layout of the building.
I would need 5 roles – valet, waiter, chef, and manager and obviously owner(me). I would also like if the kitchen given its fully fleshed out is also made functional which opens opportunities for me work with people that like to go hunting and provide me with the meat for my chefs to cook.
